Our fully equipped air conditioned boardrooms boasts 14, 12 and 7 seater conference tables respectively with luxurious and comfortable high back chairs. The 75″, 65″ and 55″ smart TV’s allows for any presentation or multi media to be displayed in crisp 4K while a white board with paper flip-up option is available to capture ideas during sessions or brainstorming. Group Video Conferencing equipment in Boardroom 1 ensure your ability to communicate via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Laptop connectivity to TV via HDMI cable, Apple Air Play or Microsoft NUC. A slide trigger / pointing device is on hand for connection to any laptop to assist with presentations.

Hi speed fiber internet via our Wi-Fi network enables the presenter and delegates to stay connected. Printing and binding facilities are available as a print on demand service. Hot & cold beverages as well as light meals available form Plato Coffee, the in-house coffee shop may be taken on the deck or Coffee shop areas. Direct access to the 24 square meter outside deck area allow delegates to relax and take coffee breaks between sessions.

The Logitech Video Conferencing System is designed for medium to large groups. The centrally located omni-directional microphone ensures that all voices around the table are equally heard. Five preset zoom and positional presets enable the zoom facilitator to seamlessly switch between participants. A Windows NUC is connected and all material may be displayed / streamed via this device.
